Job Description
Home Migration Services Assisting in determining quantities of ingredients required daily and maintaining stock levels Selecting appropriate ingredients and equipment and setting up workstation Weighing and measuring suitable ingredients in accurate quantities.
Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods Monitoring oven temperatures and appearance of baked goods to determine baking times Coordinating bakery operations in the preparation, mixing, baking, loading and unloading, and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products Producing a variety of pies, pastries and buns Operating contemporary bakery appliances and machinery in the rolling and moulding of dough Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment Maintaining a clean work environment,



in line with food safety and OHS standards Ensure all equipment and kitchen utensils are cleaned thoroughly Completing food preparation, wastage, temperature and other production and food safety reports.
