Our Private Bank Risk team supports our financial planners in delivering high‐quality advice by promoting strong risk awareness and compliant practices.

What role will you play?
You will play a key role in strengthening our compliance culture by providing practical coaching, guidance, and learning support to the Financial Planners in the Private Bank.
You will help our people understand and apply the behaviors and practices required to meet regulatory standards, while identifying opportunities to improve compliance knowledge and capability.
Your work will contribute directly to creating an environment where staff feel informed, supported, and confident in navigating financial planning compliance responsibilities.
What You Offer
Experience delivering coaching and guidance that supports colleagues in understanding and applying financial planning compliance requirementsStrong knowledge of the financial planning regulatory environment and how it shapes day‐to‐day business practicesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into transparent, practical guidanceConfidence in presenting and supporting teams through change in a dynamic environmentStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a proactive, solutions‐focused approach.
