As we continue to grow, we're looking for a
Plan Manager
to join our team and become a trusted point of contact for participants, providers and support coordinators.

About the Role
As a
Plan Manager
, you'll play a key role in ensuring participants' NDIS funding is managed accurately and efficiently.
You'll support participants throughout their journey, process invoices and payments, and help build positive relationships with providers and support coordinators.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing invoices and service agreements in line with NDIS requirements and participant plans
Processing payments accurately and efficiently
Responding to enquiries from participants, providers and support coordinators via phone and email
Liaising with providers to clarify invoice and service agreement details where required
Assisting new participants through the onboarding process
Maintaining accurate participant records and documentation
Providing friendly,
professional support and helping participants understand the plan management process
About You
You'll be someone who:
Enjoys helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys problem solving
Is confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and learning new systems
Can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
Has experience as a Plan Manager using Plannability would be preferred but not necessary.
