Key Responsibilities
Manage sample collection, labelling, storage and QA/QC compliance.
Oversee water runs, drill support, consumable delivery and field logistics.
Supervise and mentor junior field technicians.
Coordinate drill pad preparation, rehabilitation and daily site safety checks.
Maintain vehicle logs,



equipment inventories and field infrastructure.
Assist with cultural heritage and environmental survey work.
Uphold strong safety, environmental and cross-cultural standards.
About You
Experienced in field operations within remote exploration settings.
Excellent attention to detail regarding sample integrity and chain-of-custody.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable working in high-temperature, remote desert conditions.
Manual 4WD license essential; HR license advantageous.
Respect for Indigenous culture and environmental stewardship.
