About the Role
We are seeking a driven Onsite Delivery Manager to lead our workforce operations, recruitment, mobilisation, and client service delivery activities.
This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of site-based workforce solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing team to meet operational objectives.
The role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a quick-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Workforce Coordination, Recruitment, and Mobilisation functions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee workforce planning, mobilisation, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.




• Support the delivery of workforce, medical, safety, and emergency response services across client sites.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client and business objectives are achieved.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members to drive engagement and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
• Experience in workforce operations, recruitment, mobilisation, site services, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, mobilisation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience within mining, resources, labour hire, healthcare, or remote operations environments is highly regarded.
