About the role
As Grants Manager, you will:
Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of grants systems and processes
Oversee and support a growing grants team, fostering a high-performance, cooperative culture
Ensure strong alignment with organisational strategy, governance, and compliance requirements
Provide strategic oversight of grant management systems, including SmartyGrants
Drive best practice in grant-making, policy development, and program delivery
About you
You are a capable and values-driven leader who brings:
Proven experience in grant-making and program delivery
Strong skills in policy development and systems design
Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience
The ability to work in genuine partnership with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders
A passion for delivering impactful, community-focused outcomes
