Techskill Academy, a part of the EFLR group, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting employers and students participating in Queensland government-funded training programs, in particular the Skills Assure Program.This is an chance to join a well-established, top 6%, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and work at the intersection of vocational education, employer engagement, and workforce development.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage a portfolio of students and employers throughout their training journey, ensuring exceptional service, strong stakeholder relationships, and compliance with Skills Assure Supplier (SAS) funding requirements.About the RoleAs the primary point of contact for students, employers and key external stakeholders, you will manage accounts from initial enquiry and eligibility assessment through to enrolment, training contract registration and ongoing account support.Key responsibilities include:Managing relationships with students, employers and industry stakeholdersConducting eligibility and suitability assessments for government-funded training programsSupporting employer engagement and workforce development initiativesManaging and progressing warm leads through the enrolment processMaintaining accurate CRM and student management system recordsEnsuring compliance with funding contract requirements and internal proceduresMonitoring account health and proactively resolving issuesProviding reporting and insights on enrolment activity, pipeline performance and account statusWorking closely with Operations, Training, Compliance and Student Support teams to deliver outstanding outcomesAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
