Our client is seeking a resilient and highly organised professional to coordinate workforce movements across a network of remote retail sites.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage mobilisation, scheduling and operational support while working closely with multiple internal stakeholders.
The Role
Coordinating end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of employees across multiple remote locations
Managing workforce scheduling, roster movements and staffing requirements
Acting as the central point of contact for operational and workforce enquiries
Monitoring fuel pricing and assisting with procurement activities
Providing administrative support to multiple teams
About You
Previous experience in Workforce Coordination, Mobilisation, Scheduling, Rostering or Operations Administration
Experience working within
Government, Local Government, Council
or similarly complex
Experience supporting
diverse workforces
across multiple locations and stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
The confidence to push back, manage expectations and have difficult conversations when required
