We are looking for a proactive Projects and Operations Specialist to support projects, operations, risk and compliance across our Residential Care homes.
This role suits an experienced aged care leader or operations professional who enjoys coordinating initiatives, engaging stakeholders and supporting safe, consistent care.
Day To Day This Role Will See You
Coordinate projects and initiatives that improve performance, compliance and risk outcomes
Track milestones, actions, risks and deliverables to keep work on track
Prepare project reports, governance documents and operational updates
Support homes with initiatives, service improvement activities and operational change
Assist with commissioning, decommissioning, and transition of Residential Care homes and readiness activities associated with acquisitions.
Monitor action plans, audit findings and compliance actions, escalating issues as needed
Build strong stakeholder relationships to support consistency and continuous improvement
To Be Successful In This Role You'll Need




Relevant qualifications in Management, Nursing or related discipline
Residential aged care leadership experience, with Residential Manager experience highly regarded
Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
Strong stakeholder, coaching and influencing skills
Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
Confident systems, reporting and documentation capability
A collaborative, values-led approach
Australian driver's licence – you will be moving around
