The Role
Manage a portfolio of Business Services clients
Lead and mentor a high performing team
Review compliance work and provide tax and business advisory services
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Work closely with the Partners on complex client matters and business development
What They're Looking For
Experience managing client portfolios within Business Services
Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance
Previous leadership experience
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
