This high‐impact role supports the development of sales capability across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with Sales Managers to identify training needs, coach their teams, and embed practical learning that improves performance in the field.
The role covers our full Galderma portfolio, including Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify training needs and support capability plans across ANZCoach and support Sales Managers to strengthen team performanceDeliver engaging sales and product training across Galderma's portfolioSupport onboarding to help current starters build confidence quicklyFacilitate workshops aligned to Galderma Sales AcademyPartner with Sales Leaders to assess skills, behaviours and development areasProvide in‐field coaching and clear, constructive feedbackCreate practical learning tools,
