JB Hi‐Fi Group is hiring a Returns Team Member to support the Home Delivery Centre, handling faulty, defective and damaged bulky goods.
You will manage escalated returns, work with stores and HDC teams to resolve queries, and assist in coordinating collections and transactions.The role requires warehouse experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, and licences are advantageous.
