EA RN $70,000 - $90,000 pa + Super | Negotiable Based on ExperienceJoin a Reputable & Growing Business with Strong Systems & Compliance FocusAbout the CompanyOur client are specialists in commercial and industrial chiller, air conditioning and mechanical services, providing 24 hour service, 365 days of the year in Melbourne and Victoria.About the OpportunityThis is an entry-level compliance and IMS coordination role supporting ISO ****, *****, and ***** systems.The primary purpose of this position is to maintain and support the Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO ****, ISO *****, and ISO *****, ensuring systems remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.Reporting directly to the relevant Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:Maintaining compliance records including risk assessments, statutory obligations, and performance indicatorsAssisting with external ISO surveillance and recertification assessmentsInitiating and monitoring corrective actions and continuous improvement initiativesSupporting management review coordination and monitoring organisational objectivesDeveloping meeting agendas and documenting minutes for compliance discussionsEnsuring correct distribution and accuracy of controlled documentationManaging document control systems, registers, and document version trackingSupporting workplace health and safety systems including permits, training documentation, and inductionsAssisting with workplace inspections, compliance audits, and risk management activitiesMaintaining Safety Data Sheets and chemical substances registersPerforming internal audits in accordance with Integrated Management System requirementsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Experience working within compliance, IMS, quality, or regulated environmentsStrong document control and administrative capabilityHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsExperience maintaining compliance registers and controlled documents (preferred)Experience with ISO ****, ISO *****, or ISO ***** systems (preferred)Internal auditing experience or exposure (preferred)What's in it for You?
