The Sunnybank Hotel is looking for a heavyweight Gaming Manager to take full operational ownership of one of the highest-performing gaming rooms in Queensland.
This is not an entry‐level position.
The Sunnybank is a massive, fast‐moving flagship asset that requires an elite specialist.
We need a leader who brings high energy to the floor to create an electric, premium vibe for our players, paired with sharp analytical skills required to manage high‐volume clearances, dynamic promotional calendars, and precise end‐of‐month financial reporting.

Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
Bring the positive vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
About You
You have a proven track record of experience running a high-volume, premier gaming room
You've learned from great managers and are ready to step up




You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
You've got a current RSA and RSG as per state requirements
Inherent Requirements
This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Required employee due diligence checks, which may include a National Police Check.
