and operations teams.Key experience requiredExtensive senior experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, or commercial finance.Proven background in FMCG, CPG, product-led, or similarly complex commercial environments.Solid track record in forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and P&L; management.Advanced financial modelling and scenario planning skills.Ability to turn data into concise narratives for executive audiences.Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder influencing skills.Technical and systems capabilityHigh proficiency in Excel for modelling and analysis.Solid understanding of ERP, planning, and reporting platforms.Comfortable interrogating large data sets to derive commercial insight.Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and operational pragmatism.Clear, confident communicator with executive presence.Resilient and decisive under pressure and ambiguity.Highly collaborative, able to build trusted relationships across functions.
