The Program Manager leads and coordinates multiple related projects to achieve strategic business outcomes, ensuring alignment between projects, organizational goals, and stakeholder expectations.What you'll doFacilitate end‐to‐end delivery of engineering and manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment to business and operational goalsCoordinate cross‐functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and procurementManage program timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsOversee product development lifecycle stages including design, prototyping, validation, and production ramp‐upIdentify and manage program‐level risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigationEstablish program governance and reporting frameworksDrive collaboration between technical and operational teams to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturingEngage key stakeholders (internal and external) to maintain alignment, transparency, and delivery confidenceEnsure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety practicesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing processesWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related fieldProgram or project management certification preferredProven experience managing complex programs within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes (e.g., NPI, production ramp‐up)Ability to lead through influence across multidisciplinary teams, collaborate cross‐functionally, and communicate effectively with engineering, operational, and senior leadership stakeholdersExperience with program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,
