We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury & Finance Officer to join our dynamic finance team to support the company's banking, treasury and financial operations.
This role plays a key part in managing daily payments, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting cash flow forecasting and strengthening internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
Banking & Treasury Operations
Manage bank accounts, including opening, closing, and renewal processes.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to negotiate credit terms and reduce financial costs.
Coordinate issuance and renewal of bank guarantees and corporate credit facilities.
Monitor and control company card usage and ensure secure bank record‐keeping.
Cash & Payment Management
Assist with daily cash collection and payment processing to optimise cash utilisation.
Review daily payment requests in accordance with company policies.
Maintain and update supplier payment records and ensure timely disbursements.
Track and reconcile franchisee payments and landlord fit‐out contributions.
Conduct monthly closing of bank‐related financials and reconciliations.
Cash Flow & Forecasting
Prepare cash flow reports, budgets, and funding plans.
Conduct variance analysis between actual and forecasted cash flow, recommending adjustments as necessary.
Monitor exchange rate fluctuations and assist in foreign exchange settlements and conversions.
Identify opportunities to minimise exchange losses and improve gains.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Conduct random store cash spot checks and annual fixed asset inventories to ensure asset security.
Assist in drafting and updating store cash management procedures, expense reimbursement policies, and related financial protocols.
Perform weekly and monthly sales analysis by visually comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior year figures.
Identify revenue trends and provide insights to improve business performance.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in a finance, treasury, or accounting role.
Prior experience in the retail industry and/or a fast‐paced working environment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, responsible approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with SAP is a plus.
