Our client is a leading provider of integrated facilities management, property services and asset management solutions, supporting large commercial, government and critical infrastructure environments across Australia.They are seeking an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join their team, supporting operations based at Brisbane Airport.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact by driving safety, quality and environmental excellence across a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.This role combines compliance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being out on site, building relationships and influencing positive safety outcomes.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****.Promote a proactive safety culture across the Brisbane Airport operations.Investigate incidents, injuries and near misses, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented.Conduct workplace audits, inspections, observations and safety walks.Deliver toolbox talks and safety training.Undertake regular site visits, pre-start meetings and workplace inspections.Monitor changes to WHS legislation and provide compliance advice.Prepare HSEQ reports,



dashboards and performance metrics.Support contractor compliance and documentation management.Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental and quality standards.About YouYou will be a proactive HSEQ professional who enjoys building strong relationships and influencing positive safety behaviours.You'll Ideally Bring3–5 years' experience in a HSEQ, WHS or Safety Coordinator position.Experience managing ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO ***** management systems.Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation.Experience conducting audits and workplace inspections.ICAM investigation experience or training (highly regarded).
