The Chance
Veris have an exciting opportunity for experienced surveyors to operate from our Mackay location.
We're offering a generous relocation package for those seeking a move to the region.
You will be tasked with working in the local area delivering projects within infrastructure and the Land Development sector.
Supported from our large and successful Brisbane team and other Veris locations in Northern Queensland.
About You
You will be an experienced Survey Manager familiar in managing survey teams, projects and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to company and project specific HSEQ policies and procedures
Ensure successful execute of the project according to budget and contract requirements
Develop, coordinate and manage a large high performing project survey team
Build sustainable and ongoing client relationships resulting in positive, mutually beneficial outcomes
Actively monitor and review project performance to reduce risk and generate future opportunities
What You Need
Proven survey experience on infrastructure and land development projects
Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in managing and motivating teams
Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and time-lines
Demonstrated experience managing and developing client relationships
Ability to interpret, implement and improve established surveying processes and procedures
