Our client is experiencing a significant period of growth and requires an experienced
Accounts Payable Officer
to provide urgent support to their finance team.
This is an initial
three-month contract
, with strong potential for extension depending on business requirements.
You will join a busy, rapid-paced environment and assist the team in managing increased transaction volumes and meeting key payment deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Processing high-volume supplier invoices
Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation
Preparing and processing payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations
Managing supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
Maintaining accurate vendor records




Assisting with month-end tasks and general finance administration
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Available to commence at short notice
Strong systems and Microsoft Excel skills
