About The Role
Assists the Food & Beverage management team to ensure that F&B; outlets operate successfully and in accordance with brand standards
Provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests
Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with valuable working relationships
Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required
Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner; report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests
Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the set standards




Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, sharing local knowledge when possible
Care for others, team members and guests alike, so they can be their best
Qualifications
Good food and beverage service skills
1 year experience in a similar position
Valuable coffee making skills
Ability to work a rotational roster
Excellent customer service
Current NSW RSA Competency Card
