Angove Kitchen & Espresso Bar We are looking for like-minded, enthusiastic and hardworking people to join our energetic team.
We are a suburban quick-paced cafe with a small, close-knit team.
Working weekends and public holidays is required.
Benefits Full-time opportunity in a busy, well-established business in North Perth Salary between $70,000 and $90,000 Daytime work only - no late nights Task & responsibilities Prepare, cook and present dishes in line with the cafe's menu standards.
Manage the kitchen efficiently during busy service periods, including weekends and public holidays Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety throughout the kitchen Monitor stock levels, order supplies and manage inventory to minimise waste Assist with menu planning and development, introducing new and seasonal dishes Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth,



timely service Train and support junior kitchen staff when required Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly Control food costs and portion sizes in line with budget expectations Handle customer dietary requirements and special requests professionally Qualification & experience Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting Relevant trade qualification preferred but not essential for candidates with strong hands-on experience Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen hazard prevention practices Experience working in a fast-paces kitchen environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously
