Role Description This casual NDIS Disability Support Worker role is based on-site in Dundurrabin, NSW ****.
The Disability Support Worker will provide person-centered daily living support, including assistance with personal care, household management, skill development, and companionship to promote independence.




The role involves supporting participants with social and community engagement, attending appointments, and implementing individual care and support plans in line with NDIS guidelines.
The worker will monitor participant wellbeing, report concerns, maintain accurate progress notes, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment that upholds safeguarding, rights, and choice.
Collaboration with families and management is essential to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
