What you'll do
Deliver day-to-day second fix carpentry and general building maintenance with repairs to doors, trims, hardware, ceilings and FF&E.;
Patching and painting, installation and alteration of cabinets and cupboards.
Complete preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works and emergency repairs across multiple facilities.
Prioritise and manage work orders to meet required timeframes and service standards.
Maintain a safe, compliant and hazard-free workplace while collaborating with other trades (within and external to Delkam),



stakeholders, and clients.
What You'll Bring
For Qualified Trades:
Trade qualification
White Card (essential)
Ideally 5+ years' experience in second fix carpentry/building maintenance
Strong understanding of WHS and building regulations
For Trades Assistants:
Relevant experience in construction or maintenance (preferred)
White Card (essential)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
For All Applicants:
National Police Clearance
Working With Children Check
Unrestricted driver's licence
Experience using hand and power tools
EWP yellow card or high-risk work card (preferred)
Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
Strong communication skills (including reading and writing)
