Our projects range from boutique townhouse developments through to large-scale residential developments valued at over $30 million.

Project Coordinator | Estimating & Scheduling
to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can quickly take ownership of their responsibilities, work independently and make a positive contribution to the delivery of our projects from day one.
This is a diverse role offering exposure to estimating, project scheduling, procurement and project coordination.
Working closely with our Operations Manager and Site Supervisors, you will play an important role in ensuring projects are accurately costed, well programmed and efficiently delivered from commencement through to completion.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the successful delivery of multiple multi-unit residential projects.
Your primary focus will be estimating, scheduling and procurement, while also assisting with the commercial administration of projects where required.
Key Responsibilities




Prepare trade estimates and obtain competitive subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Prepare scopes of work and assist with procurement planning.
Develop, maintain and monitor construction programmes and call-forward schedules.
Coordinate purchasing to ensure subcontractors and materials are engaged in line with project programmes.
Prepare purchase orders and assist with subcontract documentation.
Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking and financial reporting.
Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, variations and general project administration.
Assess and process subcontractor progress claims and supplier invoices.
Liaise with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to maintain project momentum.
Assist with improving business systems, processes and reporting.
About You
We are seeking an experienced construction professional who can work autonomously, manage competing priorities and take ownership of their responsibilities from day one.
While we are ideally looking for someone with proven experience in estimating, scheduling or project coordination, we also welcome applications from motivated candidates with a solid construction background who are ready to take the next step in their career.
To be successful in this role you will have:




Experience in estimating, scheduling or project coordination within the construction industry.
Residential construction experience, with multi-unit developments highly regarded.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
A sound understanding of construction methodology, procurement and project sequencing.
The ability to interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience using Buildertrend (or similar construction management software) and Microsoft Excel will be highly regarded.
