People Business Partner – Commercial Portfolio (Sales & Corporate)
Location: Adelaide
We're seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our Group People team, partnering with senior leaders across our Sales, Marketing and corporate functions
in a complex, multi-site manufacturing business.
This role will suit a commercially astute HR professional who is confident operating at a strategic and operational level—
coaching leaders, influencing decision-making, and driving people outcomes aligned to business performance
.
About the Role
As a trusted advisor to your client group, you will:
Partner with senior leaders to
shape and execute people strategies
aligned to commercial objectives
Provide
high-quality, risk-aware advice
on complex employee relations matters
Influence and coach leaders to
build capability, accountability, and high-performing teams
Lead and support organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives
Use data and insights to guide workforce decisions and improve business outcomes
Work closely with Centres of Excellence (TA, L&D;, Safety) to deliver integrated people solutions
This is a
hands-on Business Partner role
, where you'll balance strategic input with operational delivery.
About You
You are a credible and pragmatic HR Business Partner who brings:
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders
in Sales, Marketing or corporate functions




Demonstrated success in
true Business Partnering roles (not only HR Advisory)
Strong capability in employee relations, coaching, and influencing outcomes
at leadership level
Experience driving
organisational change, capability uplift, and workforce initiatives
Solid understanding of employment legislation and industrial frameworks
A commercial mindset, with the ability to link people decisions to business performance
You are confident, resilient, and outcomes-focused, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
