The Opportunity

We're seeking a trade-qualified team member to provide essential support to our service admin team—applying your technical knowledge to quoting, customer service, and internal process improvement.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the way we deliver customer support and technical services, without the physical demands of fieldwork.
Your Key Responsibilities




· Advise the service administration team from a technical perspective
· Prepare and review quotes, particularly for defects and service callouts
· Respond to technical queries and provide subject matter expertise
· Coordinating Service Dept jobs.
· Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and team accountability
· Collaborate across departments to improve workflows and customer outcomes
What You'll Bring
· A qualified electrical background (licence preferred but not essential)
· Strong understanding of trade processes and job costing
· Confidence using Microsoft Office and basic admin systems
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
· A team-first attitude, reliability, and initiative
