Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and administer subcontract agreements
Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
Assess and process progress claims and variations
Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting
Ensure contractual compliance across all project activities
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
Assist with project reporting and financial management
Support the delivery team to achieve programme, quality and commercial objectives
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
Excellent commercial and financial acumen
Strong negotiation and communication skills
High attention to detail and organisational skills




The ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
