Senior Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy professional office.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and providing high-level administrative and operational support.
This is a full-time, office-based position and requires attendance in the office five days per week.
The role is well suited to someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative workplace and providing hands-on support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and workplace operations.
Provide professional front-of-house support for clients, visitors, and staff.
Coordinate facilities, suppliers, contractors, and office services.
Maintain company asset registers and administrative records.
Assist with procurement, purchase requests, and supplier coordination.
Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and business correspondence.
Provide project administration, reporting, and document management support.
Coordinate employee onboarding and general HR administration.
Arrange domestic and international travel bookings.
Organise meetings, events, catering, and team activities.
Support workplace health and safety administration.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a qualified workplace environment.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
Provide executive support to senior leadership as required.
About You
You are an experienced administrative professional with excellent organisational skills, solid attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
You enjoy supporting teams, improving processes, and delivering a high standard of service.
To be successful, you will have:
At least 5 years' experience in a senior administration, office management, or business support role.
Experience supporting senior leaders in a professional environment.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience coordinating suppliers, procurement, and office operations.
A professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
A willingness to work onsite five days per week as part of a collaborative office environment.
Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
Ability to complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
