Your Role
As an
Building Inspector
, you'll operate with a high level of autonomy, partnering closely with the Division Manager and collaborating across all levels of the business.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring construction quality and compliance,



with your decisions directly impacting project outcomes and broader business performance.
What You'll Do
Conduct Practical Completion Inspections (PCI)
Perform structural inspections throughout construction, including:
Ground slab mesh prior to pour
Timber wall frames and trusses
Brickwork and Roof frames
Suspended slabs pre-pour
Wet area waterproofing
Roof sheeting
Complete dilapidation surveys and structural pre-purchase inspections
Produce clear, high-quality reports and recommendations
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in construction or building inspection (Registered Builder preferred)
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a high-performing team.
Robust knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
Capability to mentor and support others
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
