What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
BDM experience in coffee/wine or food will be highly regarded but not essential.
Loves business development.
Excellent at follow-up and self-motivated.
Proven communication skills and the ability to manage negotiations and expectations.
Positive attitude and proactive about building and maintaining customer relationships.
You value teamwork balanced with self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
Highly organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable with sales reporting.
Ability to work full-time and be flexible with early starts in line with your customers' cafe needs.
A current driver's license is essential as you will be on the road visiting cafes and customers
Must have own car ( car allowance given )
Tasks & Responsibilities
The primary role will be acquiring current business within the Perth and Regional WA specialty cafe scene, which involves travel.
Cold call potential customers that you will source daily.
You will identify and convert new business by generating leads and arranging product demos of our market-leading sticky chai.
Planning and reporting your weekly activities is an integral part of the role, Research prospect accounts and stay up to date with new cafe openings and industry events.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
Manage customer orders, create invoices, organise and distribute chai to customers.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Participate in industry trade shows and organize meetings and sales trips in other cities
Be comfortable driving to regional cities and flying interstate.
