About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Structures
to join our dynamic maintenance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality structural repairs, sheet metal fabrications, and complex modifications.
This position focuses heavily on
Metroliner (SA226/SA227)
and
Cessna Conquest (C441)
fleets.

Key Responsibilities
Perform sheet metal repairs and structural modifications in strict accordance with approved technical data (SRMs, engineering drawings, and ADs).
Carry out routine and non-routine structural inspections.
Fabricate replacement aircraft parts and structural components to exacting standards.
Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and complies with aviation regulatory requirements.
Maintain an uncompromising standard of safety, airworthiness, and workshop cleanliness.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
Extensive, hands-on experience in aircraft structural/sheet metal repair is essential.
Type Experience:
Demonstrated, deep knowledge and working experience on
SA226/SA227
and/or
C441
airframes is highly regarded.
Standards:
A reputation for exceptionally high standards of work quality, attention to detail, and structural integrity.
Qualifications:
Relevant trade qualification in Aircraft Structural Maintenance (AME/LAME Structures) or equivalent.
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret complex structural repair manuals (SRMs) and engineering drawings independently.
