Dispatch & Warehouse Coordinator – Join a Growing Electrical Switchboard Manufacturing Team
Are you organised, safety focused and confident in a warehouse setting?
We're seeking a Dispatch & Warehouse Coordinator to keep our stock, workflow and dispatch operations running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in getting high‐quality electrical switchboards out the door on time.
In this role, you will:
• Coordinate daily dispatches and book freight
• Prepare delivery paperwork and ensure products are ready for transport
• Receive and check incoming goods
• Keep the warehouse tidy, organised and compliant
• Maintain stock levels and support production with materials
• Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely
• Work closely with workshop and admin teams to meet deadlines
You'll be great in this role if you have:
• Warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience




• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A forklift license
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Understanding of safe manual handling and WHS practices
• Experience with ERP/job systems (bonus)
• Experience in electrical or manufacturing industry (bonus)
This is a hands on role in a workshop and warehouse environment where safety, organisation and teamwork matter.
