The key duties of the position include:
Coordinate delivery across the Strategy Program,
supporting project teams to plan and deliver initiatives and identify change impacts, expected benefits, risks, issues and dependencies.
Provide program management support across the Strategy Program through governance reporting, performance monitoring and insights that inform prioritisation and decision-making.
Coordinate organisational change across the Strategy Program, providing oversight of readiness, adoption and risks and working with teams to address barriers and improve outcomes.
Lead change planning for key initiatives to help staff and leaders understand, prepare for and adopt current ways of working.
Design and deliver communication and engagement activities that build awareness, confidence and readiness for change.
Lead the identification, measurement and reporting of program benefits to help ensure strategic initiatives deliver lasting value for the organisation.
Lead a small team, role modelling our leadership behaviours, supporting a professional and cooperative working environment, coaching, giving continuous feedback, resolving conflict and facilitating career development.
Eligibility
In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in change management, project management, program management or business improvement, including identifying and managing risks,
issues, dependencies and benefits.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build productive relationships and influence outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
The ability to apply critical thinking and analysis skills to draw accurate conclusions and support evidence-based decision making.
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information through clear, concise and audience-appropriate written products.
The ability to achieve results, with experience planning and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, to achieve timely outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching and developing others and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Demonstrated experience leading a team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation.
