About the Role
As our Crane Coordinator / Fleet Controller, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business, ensuring our fleet, operators, and customers are coordinated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for incoming bookings and customer enquiries.




Schedule and allocate cranes, operators, and support personnel to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate daily fleet movements to maximise efficiency and utilisation.
Schedule fleet maintenance and manage compliance requirements, including inspections, permits, and critical service dates.
Organise and liaise with subcontractors when required.
Maintain clear communication with customers, operators, and the management team to ensure jobs run smoothly.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Solid organisational and time management abilities.
The ability to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure and solve problems in a fast moving and ever changing environment.
High attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
