We've been painting roofs across Victoria and Tasmania since ****: iron, tile and asbestos roofs to start with, and now general painting, interiors and exteriors, epoxy floors and commercial work.
We're hiring full-time on-site team members based in Southern Tasmania: roof painters, roof tilers and skilled labourers.
What you get
$55,000 – $75,000 + super, depending on experience

Prep, mask, and spray.
Following a step-by-step process that already works, so you're not guessing.
Talking to homeowners, keeping them updated, and checking your own work before you leave.
Small crews who care about the finish.
Based in or near Hobart, expect regular trips around Tasmania where the work is, with accommodation and meals paid.
You'll be home between jobs, not living out of a suitcase permanently.
What you'll need
Experience in roof painting, roof tiling, general painting or a related trade is helpful.




Skilled labourers with a robust work ethic who want to upskill are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable working at heights: we'll help you get your Working at Heights ticket if you don't have one
White or green card, or willing to get one
Clean driver's licence
Attention to detail, and the work ethic to match
