Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Parts Interpreter
to join our team in
Ormeau, QLD
.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you'll help customers identify and source the right parts to keep their vehicles on the road.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements
Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability
Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets

What You'll Need
Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries is highly regarded
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Good computer literacy and administration skills
Current driver's licence
Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles will be highly regarded
