How you'll make a difference
Act as Technical Lead / Design Authority for major bridge projects.
Lead delivery of complex bridge solutions, including:
Major river crossings and long‐span structures
Freight, rail, and heavy‐haul infrastructure
Provide high‐level technical review, design certification, and risk management.
Lead and oversee compliance with AS ****, Austroads, MRWA, and project‐specific requirements.
Support bids, tenders, and proposals, including methodology, resourcing, and fee inputs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Mentor senior and emerging engineers and contribute to capability development.
Represent the business at client meetings and industry forums.
Qualifications

15+ years' experience in bridge and major infrastructure design.
Chartered Skilled Engineer (CPEng) – Engineers Australia.
Demonstrated experience working with Main Roads WA projects and standards.
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary design teams in a consultancy environment.
Strong commercial awareness and client‐facing capability.
Ability to provide clear technical direction and professional judgement.
