The Opportunity
As a Regional Ministerial Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for investigating and collaborating across business units within the Department of Communities to coordinate information and prepare routine and high-level briefings, correspondence and advice on behalf of the Regional Management team in response to enquiries, including Ministerial, Executive, Parliamentary, Ombudsman and Equal Prospect enquiries.
You will also Coordinate and act as a central contact point for regional responses to high profile, contentious cases as well as identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the delivery of services to the Department's clients.
