About The Role
As a Project Engineer, you will join our growing Perth business unit and play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects across the Perth metropolitan area and broader Western Australia.
Working alongside experienced project leaders, you will be responsible for managing project performance across safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes while leading engineering teams and coordinating project stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer seeking greater responsibility, leadership exposure and the chance to contribute to some of Perth's most significant infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of construction activities from commencement through to completionManage project safety, quality, environmental and programme objectivesOversee cost control, forecasting, budgeting and project reportingCoordinate subcontractors,



suppliers and project stakeholdersDrive project productivity and identify opportunities for continuous improvementMentor and develop Site Engineers and graduate engineersManage project documentation, procurement and contract administration activitiesBuild and maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationshipsSupport Project Managers in delivering successful commercial and operational outcomes
Essential Skills & Experience
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience in a Project Engineer role within the civil construction industryStrong understanding of construction methodologies, planning and project deliveryExperience managing project costs, forecasting and commercial performanceProven ability to lead engineering teams and coordinate multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skillsCommitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and qualityA collaborative leadership style and passion for developing others
