This is a secure, full-time position focused on weekday projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces using diamond grinding and shot blasting.
Mix and apply epoxy, polyurethane, and specialist resin coatings.
Install coving, screeds, and slip-resistant safety flooring systems.
Maintain a clean, safe job site and operate machinery correctly.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience applying commercial or industrial epoxy flooring.
Competence in concrete surface preparation methods and machinery.
Current Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
