The OpportunityWe're looking for a Contract Administrator to join Adaptis and work full-time on a major aviation infrastructure project — a landmark undertaking that will keep you at the centre of one of Western Australia's most significant developments.
You'll be working on site within a larger project team, managing the commercial and contractual machinery that keeps a complex project moving.
It's a rare prospect to build deep, hands-on experience on a project of genuine scale and profile, while being supported by an experienced, senior leadership team who have your back.
What you'll doAdminister contracts across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and conditions.Manage progress claims, payment schedules,
variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondence.Track and report on cost, budget and commercial performance.Support procurement, tendering and subcontractor engagement.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with contractual and audit requirements.Work closely with the project team, client and stakeholders to manage risk and resolve issues.
What you'll bringDemonstrated experience (min. 5 years) in contract administration on construction or infrastructure projects.
Civils experience and/or qualifications will be highly regarded.Strong understanding of construction contracts, security of payment legislation and commercial risk.Sharp attention to detail and sound commercial acumen.The confidence to work autonomously and own your workstream.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
