Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time appointments for up to 1.81
FTE.
What is our Clinical
Nurse and Midwife Specialist (After Hours)
role?
This role will provide
clinical leadership, education, training and consultancy to
patients and health care professionals relating to recognising and
responding to acute deterioration; supports the Medical Emergency
Response team, including maintaining policy, procedures,
documentation and evaluation associated with resuscitation;
provides clinical leadership and consultancy to facilitate best
practice in education, management, and sepsis
prevention.
Applicants must have
experience in leading a reponse to acute clinical detioration in
Maternity and/or Gynaecology, MET calls, code blacks.
Must be a
Level 3 FSEP practitioner and ALS 1 or 2.
As this role is an after
hours position, the applicant must be able to work shift work with
no restrictions and be able to commit to no less than 5
shifts a fortnight.
