The inaugural Senior
Clinical Neuropsychology appointment at RPBMLG.
Neuropsychology is
already well established across our services; what's new is the
senior role, and with it the chance to shape where the specialty
goes next rather than inherit a fixed brief.
We're looking for a Senior
Clinical Neuropsychologist who can hit the ground running: a
self-starter who treats service development and innovation as
central to the work, and who brings established leadership
experience to a role that will help define our senior
neuropsychology tier as it grows.
The appointment spans two
settings: the recent Mt Lawley Hospital, where you'll have the
opportunity to establish neuropsychology in a new facility, and
with the Statewide Major Trauma Service at Royal Perth, the State's
major trauma centre.

Department: Our Department is built on a
straightforward principle: clinical psychology and neuropsychology
belong across the whole hospital, not only its mental health
services.
Our clinicians work as core members of medical and
surgical teams at Royal Perth Hospital, Bentley Hospital and
soon-to-be Mt Lawley Hospital — in major trauma, consultation
liaison, rehabilitation, breast oncology, chronic pain,
endocrinology and diabetes, geriatric medicine, and gender
diversity — alongside our inpatient mental health services.
