We are seeking
Track Workers
to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you'll assist with the construction, maintenance and repair of rail track infrastructure, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
You'll work as part of a team in a variety of environments, including remote locations and all-weather conditions, helping to keep Australia's rail network safe and operational.
Job Requirements
Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
Construction Induction (White Card)
Current Safeworking Accreditation
C Class Driver's Licence (Essential)
HR Driver's Licence (Desirable)
RTIO Inducted
Tipper Truck Licence and Water Cart Ticket
Ability to pass a CAT 3 Rail Medical Assessment
Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
Strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
Job Responsibilities
Assist with construction, maintenance, and repair of rail track infrastructure
Safely use hand tools,



machinery and equipment as directed
Complete pre-starts, Take 5s and report hazards or unsafe conditions
Follow all site, client and RMC safety policies and procedures
Work under track protection as directed by Safeworking Supervisors
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe operations
Support a safety-first culture through proactive participation
Accurately complete required paperwork and reports
