Description: The Opportunity
We're searching for an inspiring Store Manager to take the lead at our brand new Albion Park store.
Albion Park is one of our exciting new stores opening this year as we continue to grow our footprint across Australia.
That means this isn't an opportunity to simply step into an established store and maintain the status quo - it's a chance to start with a blank canvas and help shape what the store becomes.
From building your team and establishing the store culture, to creating an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial performance, you'll have the opportunity to put your own leadership stamp on the store from day one.

What is the role?
As Store Manager of Albion Park, you'll take ownership of the store's performance, people, customer experience and day-to-day operations.
You'll set the pace, create clear expectations and build a team that is confident, knowledgeable and excited to deliver.
You'll be visible on the shop floor, coaching in the moment, connecting with customers and helping your team turn opportunities into results.

You'll Keep It Real, Add Value, Make It Personal, Be an Expert and Be Distinctive in the way you lead your team and your store.
Skills and Experiences: What's needed to succeed?
At least 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role in retail industryProven track record of achieving personal and store sales targets and KPIs through effective selling skills and leadershipPrevious experience with people management and ability to coach and lead a teamProven experience managing a retail store or high-volume department, including responsibility for end-to-end store operationsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etcAble to confidently navigate and use a range of digital tools and systems (e.g., POS, web browsers, tablets, email, mobile apps) to support sales, customer communication and daily store operationsAs we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes.
Applicants must be physically capable of safely performing these tasks as part of their daily duties.
Applicants must be a AU citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in Australia and therefore hold a valid visa.
