About the role
Join SA Pharmacy as a Senior Pharmacist – Cancer Medication Management and play a key role in supporting safe, high-quality cancer care across South Australia.
You'll lead the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of the Enterprise Chemotherapy Prescribing System - iQemo, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver expert clinical support, training and advice that strengthens patient care and improves service delivery.
In this rewarding senior role, you'll combine advanced clinical pharmacy practice with system leadership, helping ensure the safe, effective and efficient use of cancer medicines.
You'll exercise a high level of qualified judgement, collaborate with Local Health Networks and healthcare teams, and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across SA Pharmacy's Cancer Services Portfolio, making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
About You
You're an experienced hospital pharmacist who is passionate about cancer services, collaborative care and driving excellence in clinical practice.
You'll bring:
• Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Board registration
• Extensive hospital and cancer pharmacy experience
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving and quality improvement skills
