Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Perth on a permanent basis.

About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller the Finance Assistant will support the Finance Department across a variety of functions, including:
Providing support in financial systems such as Xero and Replicon
Assisting with Accounts Receivable tasks including progress claims, invoicing, debtor management, and project controls/set-up
Supporting Accounts Payable activities including reconciling statements and three-way matching
Assisting with fortnightly payroll
Gaining exposure to advanced finance functions, including GL reconciliations, month-end reporting, and statutory compliance
About You
3 years+ in a similar role
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel is desirable
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
