Love a good checklist?
Notice the little details others miss?
Get genuine satisfaction from having everything organised?
We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented HR Administrator to become the engine room of our HR function.
While this role is heavily focused on administration and process, it's also a people-focused position.
You'll enjoy building positive relationships across the business, being approachable, and contributing to a workplace where people feel welcomed, supported and valued.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day managing complex employee issues or giving HR advice.
Instead, you'll be the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes – making sure our people systems, records, documentation and processes are accurate, organised and completed to a high standard.
At the same time, you'll be one of the friendly faces of our HR team, helping create a positive employee experience through great communication, responsiveness and genuine care.
Working closely with our HR Manager, you'll play a critical role supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle while helping ensure our HR processes run smoothly across the business.
We are advertising this role on a part-time basis (up to 38 hours per week) and are flexible on the number of hours for the right candidate.
We would ideally like someone who is available to work in the afternoons.
As an onsite role based at our Hamilton Hill office, we are happy to discuss a schedule that works for both you and the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll own the administration,

coordination and processes that keep our HR function running efficiently.
As an on-site role based at our Hamilton Hill office, you will be an active part of our day-to-day operations.
We believe our HR team is at its best when it's visible, accessible and connected with our people, building relationships and supporting our teams where the work happens.
Your responsibilities will include (but won't be limited to):
Coordinating recruitment administration, including job advertisements, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
Processing payroll inputs, leave requests and employee changes.
Tracking licenses, qualifications, training and compliance requirements.
Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
Maintaining organisational charts, employee contact lists and HR documentation.
Assisting with HR reporting and maintaining accurate employee data.
Coordinating employee recognition initiatives, internal events and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Providing administrative support to the HR Manager across the employee lifecycle.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiencies
ABOUT YOU – SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
For us, attitude, attention to detail and initiative are more important than a formal HR qualification.
We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys creating order, keeping things organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, but who also genuinely enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive team environment.
Our ideal candidate will:
Have exceptional attention to detail – you naturally dot every "i" and cross every "t".
Love organisation, structure and well maintained systems.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Take ownership of your work and show initiative without waiting to be asked.

Enjoy improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working.
Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Be reliable, dependable and consistently follow tasks through to completion.
Be confident using technology and learning new systems.
Be approachable, personable and enjoy building positive relationships across the business.
Take pride in creating a positive experience for others, whether that's welcoming a new employee, helping someone find an answer, or supporting initiatives that make our workplace even better.
Enjoy balancing behind-the-scenes administration with being present, visible and connected to our team.
Have previous experience in administration, HR administration, payroll administration, office administration or a similar coordination role (highly regarded but not essential).
WHY JOIN US?
At Endeavour Foods, you'll become part of a business that genuinely values its people and is committed to building a positive workplace culture.

Working alongside an experienced HR Manager who will mentor and support you.
Being part of a proudly WA-owned, family-run business where people genuinely know, support and care for one another.
A varied and hands-on role where you'll work across every stage of the employee lifecycle and no two days are the same.
The opportunity to contribute to a workplace culture where people feel welcomed, valued and connected.
Making a genuine impact by helping create an organised, welcoming and positive employee experience for more than 80 team members.
READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
