About the RolePlaying a pivotal part in our business the role of a Branch Manager is to manage the day to day Sales and Operations of the General Rent division.
Which includes management of staff, workflow, profit and loss, focusing on safety, efficiency, and meeting deadlines by planning maintenance and assigning tasks to relevant line managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing and review of all sales and operationsManagement of staff across sales and operationsResponsible for United Rental's P&L; and financial performanceEmployee performance reviews, talent management and succession planningMaintaining a strong company culture in all branchesEnsuring compliance with company procedures, quality and HSE systemsMaintaining close relationships with key customersIdentifying, tendering and securing project opportunitiesMarketing and business development including client engagement




About You5 years' + working in a similar roleStrong managerial experienceStrong sales background essential in dealing with key clientsConstruction, infrastructure or a related market experience essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful business strategiesFocused and goal-oriented
